Ashland University has numerous properties dedicated to our off campus graduate students.
There are three options that students can choose from when considering to live in our off campus student housing. The rooms we have available to rent out are single rooms, double bedrooms, or a studio apartments (premium housing). Our goal is to help graduate students find affordable housing that is still close to campus while enrolled at AU.
All of our single and double bedroom houses come with bedroom furniture, living room furniture, and kitchen appliances. Some, but not all of our premium studio apartments come furnished. Only for graduate student housing do we include all your heat, internet, electric, and water utilities with the cost of rent.
