Utilities

For our community member housing you will need to pay for all your utilities (electric, heat, and water/trash removal) in addition to your rent payments. However, we like to give our tenants the option of choosing to pay for utilities through us, Ashland University, or you can open up your own accounts under your name. Both options are allowed.
