Ashland University is a nationally recognized, award-winning food service department. Located in the John C. Myers Convocation Center, Dining Services offers several food service facilities which provide our students, faculty and staff as well as the public with great food and impeccable service at reasonable prices.
In addition to the obvious advantages of on-campus employment, you will gain a valuable reference in the food service industry.
Here at Ashland University, your education comes first. Dining Services offers flexible employment in order to accommodate your class schedule. Casual and part-time employment varies from 5-25 hours a week.

LOCATIONS
Student Dining
Located in the lower level of the John C. Myers Convocation Center, Student Dining offers many employment opportunities.
A national award-winning food court experience, students can access any of a number of service stations which offer a wide variety of hot and cold entrees.
Eagles' Nest
Located in the Hawkins-Conard Student Center, the Eagles Nest offers a wide selection of fast food, grill and deli selections, salad bar, bakery, gourmet coffees and snack items for those on-the-go dining needs. The Eagles' Nest is now part of some meal plan options.
Schar Café
Schar Café is a Grab 'n Go dining facility conveniently located on the first floor of the Dwight Schar College of Education building. It is open 10:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m., Monday-Friday and 4-6 p.m., Monday-Thursday.
Conard Café
Conard Café is located on the first floor of the Dwight Schar College of Nursing and Health Sciences facility in Mansfield. It offers dining services where you can enjoy café items such as freshly made sandwiches, Grab 'n Go salads and sandwiches, soups, pizzas, Starbucks coffee, snacks and other beverages. It is open 7:30 a.m.-4 p.m., Monday-Thursday and 7:30 a.m.-3 p.m., Friday.
Tuffy's Smoothie Bar
Tuffy's Smoothie Bar overlooks the basketball courts in the Recreation and Sport Sciences Center. They are known for their Drink of the Month special, but they offer more than just smoothies. They also carry a variety of healthy snacks in addition to salads and sandwiches. Tuffy's is open 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., Monday-Friday.
COBE Café
COBE Café offers a variety of quick service items such as Grab 'n Go salads and sandwiches. A variety of made-to-order coffee items are also available. This location is open 8:30am - 1:00pm Monday - Friday during the academic year.
