Can you login to anything at AU or is it just SOAR? - If it is just SOAR then follow the troubleshooting steps here - Clear your cookies and web browser history and try again and be sure you are using full AU email and password. If that doesn't work, you can sign in "incognito" (Ctrl+Shift+N) or try a different web browser.
If this still is not working, or you are unable to log in to anything at AU, put in a ticket with IT at AU (https://kbox.it.ashland.edu/).

Go to your Dashboard Page in SOAR Network and click on the Red Hand for Raise Your Hand. Click on the link to fill out the Help Survey. This will be routed to the appropriate AU staff appropriate for your question or concern. They will reach out to you within 24 hours or less.
