The Ashland Leadership Academy Seminars (ALAS) is designed to provide a professional learning, networking, and renewal for district/school leaders from across Ohio.  The theme of the 2023 series is Profile Of A Leader and the book study will be on the text A Search For Common Ground: Conversations About the Toughest Questions in K-12 Education by Frederick Hess and Pedro Noguera.  Top-notch speakers will address various key issues facing education and discussions an dactivities will enrich the learning process.
