Embedding Mental Health Strategies

Registration with Fairfield ESC in required prior to registering for Ashland credit.

Using practical, research-based strategies, you will not only continue to practice strategies to help your own mental health but also learn how to incorporate them into your everyday practice, no matter what your role may be. In order to help change our current mental health crisis, we need to gain confidence practicing strategies ourselves AND make the strategies part of our culture & routine.
