Interoception Series
Course Description:
Interoception is the hottest topic in neuroscience and has shed light on the value of listening to our body signals and understanding the messages it sends us. This series will help individuals understand what interoception is in order to collaborate with families, colleagues and students. Participants will explore assessment methods and strategies to meet the needs of their students/settings that they serve.
