Instructional Practice Cumulative Learning 

Participants will complete the course and the assignments related to their reading of the assigned text. A written action plan will be submitted to summarize the participant's learning and how their instructional practices will reflect their learning. Participants will submit a written action plan based on their reading and participation in the course. Both lesson planning documents/templates and written plans of implementation will be required.  Participants will have an understanding of research-based systems for instructional effectiveness. These systems will be used to monitor data and make adjustments to their instruction based on their data to support & improve student learning outcomes.
