Yoga Therapy Based Self Care II
Course Description:
Yoga Therapy Based on Self-Care
Discover how yoga therapy can be a powerful tool for both educators and students in promoting mental and physical well-being. In this course, participants will explore yoga-based nervous system regulation practices that can be easily implemented in schools to support students' emotional health and alleviate personal stress.
By integrating these techniques, educators can enhance their students' ability to self-regulate, strengthen interoception skills, and improve overall focus and behavior. Research shows that when students engage in yoga, they experience reductions in stress, anxiety, and depression, leading to better mental and physical health outcomes. Additionally, studies highlight that yoga not only improves students' well-being but also boosts academic performance.
This course is designed for educators who are passionate about incorporating holistic wellness into their classroom practices and wish to improve their own stress management skills.
