Course Description:

This advanced professional development course is designed for educators who have completed Part 1 of PLTW’s Civil Engineering and Architecture (CEA) training and are ready to deepen their instructional capacity, technical skills, and classroom implementation strategies. 

Part 2 emphasizes the integration of complex design principles, student-led innovation, and real-world architectural analysis. Educators will work on advanced design projects using Autodesk® Revit, analyze civil infrastructure challenges, and implement strategies for facilitating capstone-style projects. This training supports long-term success in teaching CEA with fidelity, focusing on assessment, student inquiry, interdisciplinary connections, and career readiness.
