Educator Resilience 1 - Reset to Rest
Course Description:
Educator Resilience I – Reset to Rest
Reset to Rest guides educators through a powerful, brain-based journey to reclaim calm, renewal, and sustainable resilience. This graduate-level course blends neuroscience, reflective practices, and quick regulation strategies—like diaphragmatic breathing and sleep resets—to help professionals thrive amidst the daily demands of teaching, counseling, or administration.
Participants will cultivate renewed confidence, manage stress with intention, and build habits that stabilize both mind and classroom. Acclaimed research (e.g., Bruce Perry’s neuroscience) forms the foundation of a series of practical habits—each designed to be immediately implementable and long-lasting.
What You’ll Learn:
-Identify and apply daily regulation techniques to promote emotional balance.
-Track qualitative and quantitative changes in stress and well-being through self-assessments and reflections.
-Embed resilience techniques in everyday routines—for yourself, your team, and your students.
Course Format:
-Delivered online via Canvas, this course includes videos, readings, self-assessments, and reflection prompts completed at your pace.
-Zoom sessions provide live interaction and community support (at least one mandatory session).
-Final project invites participants to share their growth journey through a written or video reflection, demonstrating both practical habit integration and classroom application.
Join this transformative course to reset how you lead, live, and teach—with clarity, calm, and intention.
