20 Classroom Management (2CR)

This course will focus on 20 practical and effective ways to improve classroom management. From nonverbal cues to praise to consistency, to modeling to everyday human values and interactions while working to understand the psychology behind why many students struggle with behavior, this class will take a deeper dive into a child’s developing brain and how one mimics their surroundings at different ages and what can work to improve behaviors at different stages in a child’s growth progress. Part of the course will focus on the growth mindset, neuroplasticity (the science behind growth mindset), and fixed mindset.
