In addition to the reporting obligations described in this Policy that the University imposes on those participating in programs involving minors, certain individuals are Mandated Reporters who have additional obligations under Ohio or other state laws. Individuals affected by Mandated Reporter laws are responsible for knowing and understanding their obligations under such laws.
