 I have been working at Ashland University since 2004; serving as the Graduate Assistant, Assistant Director of Facilities and have been in the position as Director of Recreational Services since May 2009.  My job responsibilities include student and employee wellness, programs, facility rentals and department strategic overview.  I graduated from Ashland University with a Bachelor of Science in Recreation and a Master of Education in Sport Management. I reside in Medina and enjoy playing table tennis, working out and spending time with my family.

I started working and studying at Ashland University in the fall of 2016. As a full time student studying for a Bachelor Degree  in Mathematics with a Physics Minor, I worked part time for Recreational Services as a Facility Manager . I began the role of Assistant Director of Recreational Services, Aquatics and Student Development in the fall of 2020. While fulfilling my duties in this position I will also continue to advance my education at Ashland University. Some of my responsibilities include pool management, risk management and overseeing student employment. Before coming to Ashland, I lived in Queensland, Australia, previously working in the Australian Military and other private businesses. I enjoy a large variety of different things, however fitness is always high on my list.

I began working at Ashland University in August of 2016. I received my B.S. in Business Administration from The Ohio State University Mansfield Campus. My background includes the areas of customer service, employee management, and human resources. Some of my responsibilities here at Ashland include budget and office management, overseeing Rec Center membership, and promoting wellness initiatives and programs throughout the AU campus and Ashland communities. I enjoy spending time with my family, making candles, and staying active.
