Amstutz is Ashland’s largest residence hall. It is located close to Kem Hall, the Convocation Center and the Troop Center. Living-learning communities for first year students entering the College of Education, College of Business and Economics, College of Nursing and Health Sciences, and College of Arts and Sciences are housed here. Lobby area and laundry on every floor. The first floor was renovated summer 2015. There are two elevators in the building.
