Ascend Student Leadership Series

Ascend: Leadership Series

Ascend is a new initative launched in the fall of 2018 as an opportunity for students to acquire, practice and exercise their leadership skills. Over the course of the year, various leadership workshops will be offered centered around the different aspects of leadership development. These succinct, hour-long sessions are designed to foster discussion and reflection, and students can expect to leave with practical strategies for enhancing their leadership skills.

Leadership & Service Awards

The program serves as an opportunity for members of the campus community to nominate students, faculty and staff for a variety of honors.  The annual Leadership & Service Awards program brings together approximately 400 campus community members each April.
