Course Description:

Utilizing the book, Conflict Resolution, by Daniel Dana, participants will learn the principles of conflict resolution applicable to any conflict.  The course readings will immerse participants in the theory, approaches, and practices of conflict resolution through both explanations and case studies.   Participants will be guided in extending the skills and strategies for conflict resolution to their classrooms or work places.
