OLi4 2nd Semester Course

Participants will enage in large group, coaching sessions and small group instruction with online assignments that augment the group instruction. The class will include those participants who are assigned to the OLi4 Project which is research based leadership development program to increase the capabilities of school districts to use collaborative leadership structures with principals, teachers, coahces and central office personnel to improve student achievement. The content for the training will come from the OLAC online modules supplemented with aditional education research. This is a statewide project and small group instruction will occur across the state to reduce trael time for participants. The large group training will occur in the Columbus area in multiple locations or online to accommodate groups of 30-100 people.
