By the end of this course you will be able to identify and explain the significance of major people, events, and ideas in Cuban history. Compare and contrast experiences of different groups of people in Cuban society. An get a glimpse of the rich arts scene that has been kept alive even throughout the hardest economical crisis. These 15 hour Descubre workshop integrate a variety of resources that you will be able to share with your students and bring the Cuban culture alive in your own classroom.
