Creating a Positive School Culture

I believe in Robert Greenleaf’s words of wisdom: “Leaders are servants to those they lead.” If we want to lead in ways that make an impact, using an asset-based approach is the way to go. This course will explore a series of short texts and optional resources that will help inspire a positive learning culture. Participants will explore systems, structures, tips and tools that will further develop an asset-based mindset, leading to a more positive, thriving, collabrative school culture.
