PD on the Sea

Join us on the Carnival Valor from June 24th-29th! We will enjoy the luxury of the cruise ship as we also engage in thought provoking workshops to improve education for our English learner population. Throughout our interactive workshops and other networking activities, we will apply new strategies and explore different cultures. Topics will include: instructional strategies, student engagement, special populations (i.e. long-term, SLIFE, newcomers), modifications and accommodations, culturally responsive teaching, and differentiated assessments. We will capitalize on the excursions while in Mexico to enhance our cultural exploration (additional fees for excursions may apply).

Please note: This credit is offered to attendees of PD on the Sea. The cost of the cruise and PD on the Seas fees and registration is separate from the Ashland University fee. Please see https://www.sjleducationalconsultants.com for more information.
