TEACHER CLARITY PLAY BOOK AND EXPLICIT INSTRUCTION

Grade level teams of teachers will work to develop comprehensive units of study. Identifying priority standards, learning progressions and success criteria, grade level teams of teachers will develop comprehensive units of study beginning with nonfiction areas while supporting reading and writing priority standards across the curriculum.
Explicit instruction will work to support teachers and instruction supporting learning in the area of vocabulary. Staff will identify key vocabulary across the curriculum and high yield instructional routines to support learning across the curriculum.
