Step By Step Learning presents the Phonemic Awareness course, a comprehensive synchronous, two-day course spanning 12.5 hours. This course is designed to provide participants with an overview of phonology and the practical application of phonemic awareness practices in classroom. Learn extensively about English phonemes and why it is important. This course is appropriate for teachers who want to learn how to deepen and connect their understanding of how to incorporate phonemic awareness into the classroom. This course is worth one college credit for an additional fee paid directly to Ashland University. Participants who pass the final assessment will be awarded a micro-credential that they can add to their resumes and signatures.
