World Language Education Conference/Workshop 3CR

This conference and follow-up course will be determined by the Conference activities and may include examining the role of the Volume 2 High Leverage Teaching Practices (HLTPs) that drive the fundamental aspects of World Language Instruction. Participants will examine the theory and research that informs each practice as well as dig deeper into the strategies presented in the Conference sessions. The course readings, videos, and discussions will allow students to relate each core practice to their own curriculum and create work products that they can implement in their classroom. Conducted in English for teachers of all languages.

ADDITIONAL NOTES: 

All Idioma courses receive letter grades. 

HOW TO ACCESS YOUR COURSE MATERIALS: 

Within 1-2 business days of your Ashland registration, you will receive an email from your course content provider, Idioma, containing instructions on how to access your course materials. A note, their emails are sometimes forwarded to junk or spam folders. 

You will be working with Idioma, through their Learning Management System, to complete the course, after which, your instructor will record your grade on your AU transcript. We will notify you by email once this is done, with instructions on how to view and order transcripts.
