Multi-Tiered Systems of Support

This Quick Course helps you better understand the MTSS framework, where it originated, and how it relates to interventions in the classroom and across your school’s campus. The course will introduce you to the tiers of the MTSS framework and how it can apply to academic, behavioral, and social-emotional student needs. You’ll also learn some simple examples of preventive interventions at each tier of MTSS to help you consider what support you can offer both in your classroom and with the help of support specialists across your campus.

HOW TO ACCESS YOUR COURSE MATERIALS: 

Immediately upon completion of your Ashland registration, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to access your course materials, which will include instructions for creating an account in the Model Teaching dashboard, and a code to access your purchased course.

You will be working with Model Teaching, through their Learning Management System, to complete the course, after which, your instructor will record your grade on your AU transcript. We will notify you by email once this is done, with instructions on how to view and order transcripts.
