Teachers learn best from each other. This online graduate credit course explores research-based strategies in peer teaching and professional development used by schools across the country, and shows K-12 teachers, paraprofessionals, educational assistants and substitute teachers how coaching, peer review and teacher evaluation build collegiality, retention and real professional growth through documentation and reflection. Start any time and work at your own pace. 

THIS COURSE REQUIRES TWO SEPARATE PAYMENTS OF $140 EACH

Once you have completed the course, Renew a Teaching License will then provide you with a link to register and pay Ashland University $140 for graduate credit.  

After registering with AU for the graduate credit, and after your instructor has posted your grade to your AU transcript, you will receive an email from PDS with instructions on how to view and order transcripts.
