Reading and writing carry every subject, not just language arts. This online graduate credit course helps K-12 teachers, paraprofessionals, educational assistants and substitute teachers build reading comprehension and vocabulary instruction across science, math, history and beyond, using research-based instructional routines drawn from the Science of Reading. Hands-on activities and reflective practice throughout. Start any time and work at your own pace. 

THIS COURSE REQUIRES TWO SEPARATE PAYMENTS

Click the registration link below to be directed to Renew a Teaching License to register for the course and pay the instruction fee of $340. 

Once you have completed the course, Renew a Teaching License will then provide you with a link to register and pay Ashland University $420 for graduate credit.  

After registering with AU for the graduate credit, and after your instructor has posted your grade to your AU transcript, you will receive an email from PDS with instructions on how to view and order transcripts.
