Course Description

This course is designed to give educators the chance to read texts that relate to their own professional growth based on their content area, grade-level, students, and needs. Participants will read pre-approved texts (30 hours) and submit 2 products/projects: Professional Reflection and/or Implementation Plan.

Objectives

· Learn new content, ideas, and strategies by reading texts relevant to content area, grade-level, students, professional needs

· Reflect on new learning and hope that will improve instructional practice

· Write a Professional Reflection or develop an Implementation Plan as the result of what was learned
